About GymHub
GymHub is a free library of practical guides on training, nutrition, recovery and health. Everything here is written to be used in a real gym by people who are not professional athletes. We sell nothing, we recommend no brands, and we have no affiliate links. Articles are written in Bosnian and English and translated automatically into more than 60 languages so that everyone can read them in the language of their country.
How we write
Every article gives concrete numbers instead of vague advice: sets, reps, grams, minutes. Where a topic touches health, we say plainly when to see a doctor instead of a trainer. When evidence is unclear, we say that too.
What you will not find here
No miracle programs, no fat burners, no supplement sales, no before-and-after photos, and no promises of results in 14 days.
How we check what we publish
News and research articles are written from primary sources: the organisation's own announcement, the original paper, the institution that ran the study. Every source is listed with a link at the bottom of the article, and the date it was checked is shown next to the text. We say plainly when a fight is only rumoured rather than confirmed, and when a finding comes from a single study rather than settled evidence. If we cannot confirm something, we leave it out.
Where AI is used
Articles are drafted and translated with the help of AI under editorial rules that forbid inventing studies, quotes, numbers, prices or product specifications, and every text is checked against those rules before it is published. Cover images are drawn graphics; archive photographs carry a credit and licence, and we never use an archive photo to illustrate a specific person or event in a news story.
